Filip

He is the younger brother of His Royal Highness Prince Peter and the older twin brother of His Royal Highness Prince Alexander. After his father, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Alexander, he is first in the line of succession to the Throne.

At a ceremony held in the Casa de Pilatos in Seville on April 27, 2022, His Royal Highness Prince Peter signed an abdication decree by which he renounced all rights and prerogatives belonging to him by virtue of primogeniture in the lineage of the head of the Royal House of Serbia and Yugoslavia, for himself and all his descendants who are born or will be born in wedlock or out of wedlock, thereby making His Royal Highness Crown Prince Philip the heir to the Throne.

His baptismal godparents were His Late Majesty King Constantine of Greece and Her Royal Highness Princess Anne, Duchess of Alba.
